Minimise workplace trips and slips with our full range of anti-slip products. Whether you need anti-slip tape for stairs, gritted plates for industrial gangways or durable cleats for industrial machinery, we have a full range of anti-slip materials and safety equipment. Safety & Slip Resistance: Graepels metal flooring offers improved underfoot safety, in addition to a comfortable walking surface. It is an ideal choice for walkways and platforms, stairways, ladder rungs, and steps. It also offers increased slip-resistance and safety through its upward embossment.

Step 1: TEST SAMPLE: Floor Grip should be tested on flooring surfaces before full application. To prepare test sample, pour a small amount of Floor Grip into a separate container with a small amount of additive, mix well, do not shake. Apply to a clean inconspicuous area of your floor and allow to dry completely. Floor Grip is an extremely tough and highly durable urethane anti slip coating for floors. Developed over 10 years Floor Grip non slip is ideal to protect indoor wood and synthetic surfaces. Once dried the non-slip coating can handle 2 years or more of intense foot traffic and at the same time protect your floor from scuffs, scratches, and even chemicals.

GARDEN | SAFETY FLOORING TYPES

If you or your athletes/clients have an injury, it is best to get it looked at before swapping exercises and hoping for the best. The floor press is a pressing movement used to increase the size, strength, and performance of the upper body, specifically the triceps and chest. Below are the primary muscles used, in the floor press movement: Pectorals (Chest) GripClad®’s abrasive standard tape provides excellent levels of grip and friction, and abrasive coarse tape provides industrial grade grip. Slips and trips in the workplace The HSE has a number of guidelines on the responsibilities of employers to maintain flooring safety in the workplace. According to the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, it is your responsibility as an employer to ensure the safety of employees and visitors to the workplace, and this includes ensuring that the flooring is safe and that slip-prone areas are well-marked.

Floor Grip is a 100% waterborne self-levellinganti slip sealant for natural hardwood, engineered wood, laminated floors, vinyl, lino, and epoxy resin surfaces.Perfectly engineered to be used in homes, studios and commercial areas including food processing areas like kitchens, restaurant’s or hotels. Not only does Floor Grip protect you, your loved ones, and customers from dangerous slip-and-fall accidents but also leaves your floors with a natural looking, barefoot-friendly, beautiful finish. Floor Grip anti slip coating comes in two options of finish which is either a Natural Matte or Superior Gloss, you just need to choose which you prefer. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to perform the floor press. Note that in the below instructions, the barbell floor press is demonstrated. However, the steps are nearly identical if you were to use dumbbells or kettlebells (both of which are fine options.) Below are three primary training goals and programming recommendations when programming the floor presses into workouts. Note, that these are general guidelines, and by no means should be used as the only way to program the floor press. To Gain Muscle In the event lifters have issues with their shoulder while pressing, simply cutting down the range of motion in any horizontal press motion can ease up on the shoulders while still providing a good stimulus. In addition to neutral-grip pressing, which also reduces shoulder strain due to joint positioning, the floor press can be done in place of the bench press on pressing days. Thanks to the formulated UV protection GripX can also be used on slippery outdoor surfaces that may get a lot of sun during the summer days. The application is very simple, clean the surface and roll on 2 coats of GripX anti-slip coating to ensure the highest level of slip resistance and durability. Step 2: Floor Grip can be applied in either 2 or 3 coats. Each coat consists of: Floor Grip + Crosslinker + Additive Many lifters may not know what the floor press is, mainly because it’s popular among hardcore strength athletes. The thing is, anyone — from a gym newb to a seasoned vet — can benefit from this pressing variation. So, we’re going to show you how to do the floor press, along with variations, and outline the benefits. If working with previously sealed surfaces any chipping or flaking should be sanded or scuffed to a sound surface. If the sealed surface is sound, lightly sand with a soft grit sandpaper to promote adhesion. Scrub and clean surface with pH-neutral cleaner. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry before application. GripX cannot be applied over wood, synthetic, or painted surfaces. Conformable anti-slip tape adopts the profile of chequer plate and will not lift or rise off. Once it is pressed into place on uneven surfaces, conformable taperemains in that shape and resists lifting.

Aesthetic Value: Increasingly, more architects have discovered the aesthetic attributes and structures of perforated metal flooring and walkways, for example, architects commonly use Graepels metal flooring as ceiling lining and facade cladding. Our product range can also be used as enclosures and covers for machines and installations. Step 4: Add an appropriate amount of additive to the solution, depending on a number of coats, and mix well. Medium texture is recommended.
