I sprayed at 6am (18/2/23)and currently at 4pm I can still smell this off my skin without putting my nose close to my skin. If you are a rum lover I think you would definitely appreciate this, as the vanilla and rum together really mixes well and gives the whole fragrance the same feeling as when you're taking a sip of fine rum. It's a beautifully blended boozy, vanilla scent with the original Fahrenheit DNA lurking in the background.

As time passes, the mandarin moves towards the back while the suede, violet leaf, and vanilla grow to take the fragrance's lead. Even if you can't stand the original, I'd say that this is still worth a go, it's that good, at least to me anyway. I would recommend this to fragheads, but it's not that exciting that a person would go bat-shit-crazy about.As the orange mellows the middle notes of coriander and cumin heat up like a pleasant smelling sulfuric reaction.

Whilst there is an element of truth in that, the more time I’ve had to get to know it, the more it really reminds of the original and I get a strong sense of it pretty much all the way through its life until very late in the dry down where only Vanilla remains as a skin scent. It is this ethos and attitude that we are proud to say is embedded across our company and infused in everything we do.After almost everything has faded away, after maybe 8 hours for me, I'm left with a gorgeous vanilla that is in no way sweet or synthetic-smelling, but smells exactly like opening a vanilla pod when you're baking.

I don't have Fahrenheit EDT to compare to, but the notorious "kerosene" note here (violet leaf I assume) is definitely smooth and refined, a bit powdery like iris.Naturally when I saw that Fahrenheit Parfum had a bourbon vanilla note I was intrigued to say the least. Dior Fahrenheit EDT is a great, intense, leather, mild powdery violet leaf, spicy nutmeg, and musky floral fragrance.

I am getting very little projection with this one, only had it a day but am not happy at the moment, i will give it some more time and come back in case my nose is having a bad day, its smells great but after spraying i could not smell it from 12 inches.before using a parfums christian dior product, please read the list of ingredients located on the packaging to be certain that the ingredients are suitable for your personal use. I'm shocked how amazing it is, i don't know why but it just made me emotional, and Im not a big fan of the original. The fragrance dons a vibrant and sensual accord, featuring Violet and Leather accents enhanced with Bourbon Vanilla Absolute. It's a great blend where all the notes play nicely together, and it doesn't have the sharp feeling that I often get from Fahrenheit.
